Digital drawing is not enough to create an NFT. To become NFT, the image must be published on specific systems called Marketplaces (e.g. Opensea) which, through the blockchain, transform the digital file into NFT and certify that that image (or that file) is actually original

Yes, you can resell your NFT on the same marketplace where it will be published and transferred to you

Once the purchase is completed, to see the NFT in your collection you will need to open the Metamask app, click on "browser" in the top left menu and type "opensea. io".

You will thus enter the main site dedicated to NFTs which is directly integrated with Metamask.
From the menu on the right, click on "Account" and then on "Profile". You should see your NFT here.
If you don't see it immediately, your NFT will probably be hidden, to make it appear and make it visible to anyone, simply scroll the horizontal menu that starts with "collected, created, etc ..." to the item "More" and click on "Hidden".

You will find your NFT there and by clicking on the three dots in the figure you can decide whether to show it to anyone or keep it hidden.
